Eden Estuary Stretching along the banks of the river Eden are the many small communities the major ones being Dairsie, Balmullo, Guardbridge, and Leuchars. A train link in Leuchars offers excellent facilities for commuting to Edinbugh and throughout Fife.

Cupar Cupar boasts a range of shopping and recreational facilities, including several supermarkets, Post Offices, Library and many eateries. A high light of the social calendar is the Highland Games held every summer in one of Cupar’s many parks. St Andrews The historic town of St Andrews is world renowned as the home of golf with several world class golf courses including the Old Courses. The town centre offers an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants. St Andrews provides both state and private schooling as well as an excellent university. Throughout the year St Andrews hosts many sports and recreational events making St Andrews a mecca for the tourist industry.

East Neuk Extending from St Andrews to Lundin Links, this area, includes the fishing villages of Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem and St Monans still boasting picturesque streets housing traditional fisherman's cottages in colourful hues. The quaint inland villages include Colinsburgh, Arncroach, Kilconquhar, New Gilston, Dunino and Upper Largo.
